This year marked my seventh year with Portent. We’re a different agency now: we’ve expanded our services and grown our team. Yet, what still brings me the most joy each fall is reflecting on the lasting partnerships we’ve built with some pretty amazing client contacts and celebrating the KPIs we’ve helped them achieve. 

Portent is still growing after 27 years, while maintaining its focus on teaching and partnership with brands, because of the clients like you who test, learn, laugh, and collaborate with us. 

We take pride in being an agency of consultants that share our honest opinions about digital marketing trends, as well as the pivots and roadmap ahead for websites. 

This year, the brands we work with brought us more requests for site migration support, information architecture research, social customer experience plans, content hub strategies, competitive keyword research, paid media and landing page optimizations, event strategies, and YouTube influencer management. We’ve also learned more about GA4, Looker Studio, and new tools we can utilize to provide closed-loop analytics for organizations. All in all, it’s been a challenging year, which we love!

As we approach the holidays, know that we’ll be by your side to help you end the year strong and prepare for 2023. We look forward to:
